1 If you have potential BINGO, please call our toll-free Bingo Winners' Hotline: 1-833-642-4646

2 Game play is restricted to Nova Scotia residents who are 18 years and older.

3 By purchasing and playing a bingo game, the player is subject to the rules posted on the Heart & Stroke TV Bingo website. These rules are required by Nova Scotia Gaming and may be updated from time to time.

4 Bingo packages for the current week’s game will be available until 7 PM on the evening of the broadcast on CTV2, Monday(s).

Next week's bingo cards will be available for purchase following the bingo broadcast.

5 All bingo paper is controlled by serial numbers, colours, and verification codes. Bingo card(s) must match the colour and serial number in play that night. The caller will identify the serial number(s) at the start of the broadcast on CTV2.

6 The caller will announce all prizes to players prior to the commencement of each game. The bingo game pattern will be displayed on the TV screen.

7 The caller shall display each ball to the players as it is generated at random by the bingo equipment. There will be a minimum of 12 seconds between balls called by the caller.

8 The caller must announce the bingo ball for it to be valid and in play. The caller will announce the number on the ball twice and, it will be displayed on the bingo board.

9 Players must have all required personal information ready when calling in to verify a bingo:

    • Free space number
    • Card colour
    • Serial number
    • Bingo ball number on which they have bingoed out.

The caller will announce all prizes before the start of each game. The bingo game pattern will be displayed on the bingo board.

10 The first player to call in a winning card may not necessarily be the official prize winner. To comply with Nova Scotia Gaming Control Regulations for media bingo (TV/Radio) the winner(s) of all games shall be the player (or players) who completes the game pattern in the fewest numbers of balls called.

11 The bingo game will be stopped when the first potential winner(s) have called in and their card has been verified. No further bingo balls shall be called. The phone lines will remain open for a suitable period of time, after which the caller shall proceed with the next game.

A telephone operator will verify cards for 30 minutes after the completion of the telecast (until 8:30 PM AST).

12 Prizes will be issued via Canada Post mail 3-5 days after winning card verification. Prizes paid out via cheque may be subject to additional processing and delays (e.g., with Canada Post delivery times).

13 To be verified, the potential winning bingo card must be legible and filled out with the applicable game pattern.

The winning bingo card must be *emailed as a photo to bingowinner@heartandstroke.ca with the date and winner's name in the subject line.

    OR

If you are unable to email, call us toll-free at 1-833-642-4646 to make alternate arrangements, such as via mail.

*Please note that the bingowinner@heartandstroke.ca inbox is only checked for wins. Please see our Contact Us page for questions and technical help.
