Introduction

 

Thank you for participating in NS Heart and Stroke TV Bingo. By visiting the NS Heart and Stroke TV Bingo website, purchasing a bingo card or participating in the game (the “Services”), you agree to comply with the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada’s (Heart & Stroke) Terms of Use (Terms of use | Heart and Stroke Foundation) in addition to the terms below (collectively, the “Terms”). Please read these terms carefully. If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not partake in the Services.


Eligibility


Participation is open to residents of Nova Scotia who are 18 years of age or older. Provincial regulations may vary. Employees of Bell Media, Bingo Time and the Heart and Stroke Foundation, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.


How to Play


  • Purchase: Bingo cards can be purchased from authorized local stores. The cost is $10.00 for one envelope, which includes five sheets of three faces, totaling five games per week.
  • Game Time: The bingo games are broadcast on CTV2 every Monday at 7 pm Atlantic time, a secondary broadcast will be available on livestream at https://atlantic.ctvnews.ca/heart-and-stroke-nova-scotia-tv-bingo-1.6756581 
  • Claiming a Win: To claim a win, players must call the Winner's Hotline before 8:30 pm on the same Monday and verify their numbers.


Prizes


  • Game 1: $1,000
  • Game 2: $1,000
  • Game 3: $1,000
  • Game 4: $1,000
  • Bonus Game: $2000
  • Game 5: $5,000 If Progressive Jacpot is not won in a set number of balls, then the Full Card is $5000.

Game Rules


By purchasing a Bingo Card or participating in the Game, you also agree to the Game Rules: Game Rules 


Dispute Resolution


Any disputes arising from the game will be resolved by the Heart and Stroke Foundation Nova Scotia staff, whose decisions are final.


Data Protection


Only the information required to verify a winning card and send the prize money will be collected. All data will be stored and protected in accordance with the laws of the Province of Nova Scotia.


Changes to Terms of Service


Any changes to these Terms of Service will be announced during the Monday night broadcast and will be made available on our website.


Limitation of Liability


Participation in NS Heart and Stroke TV Bingo is at your own risk. The Heart and Stroke Foundation Nova Scotia is not liable for any losses or damages incurred as a result of participation."
