By visiting the NS Heart and Stroke TV Bingo website, purchasing a bingo card or participating in the game (the “Services”), you agree to comply with the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada’s (Heart & Stroke) Terms of Use (Terms of use | Heart and Stroke Foundation) in addition to the terms below (collectively, the “Terms”). Please read these terms carefully. If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not partake in the Services.
Participation is open to residents of Nova Scotia who are 18 years of age or older. Provincial regulations may vary. Employees of Bell Media, Bingo Time and the Heart and Stroke Foundation, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.
By purchasing a Bingo Card or participating in the Game, you also agree to the Game Rules: Game Rules
Any disputes arising from the game will be resolved by the Heart and Stroke Foundation Nova Scotia staff, whose decisions are final.
Only the information required to verify a winning card and send the prize money will be collected. All data will be stored and protected in accordance with the laws of the Province of Nova Scotia.
Any changes to these Terms of Service will be announced during the Monday night broadcast and will be made available on our website.
